Hello! I figured I'd start a Party Theme blog because I tend to enjoy hosting these types of events. I suppose I love hosting events in general. In high school, I was a band promoter and dealt with 100 bands and 30 concerts and 5 venues. In college, I became involved with the campus radio station and created events through them and for the past 5 years, I've been hosting Washington Capitals night with co-workers and friends. I've also done a few Video Game Nights featuring old school systems and tons of heartache when we pull out the Atari version of ET.
In the past couple years I tried to have a themed party every other month or couple months and came up with some great ideas! I'm always looking for suggestions, so feel free to comment!
Within this blog, I will talk about the DIY crafts i have created for these events, recipes that were successes or not so much, and what to do different for the next time around.
